Christopher Armstrong

Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Christopher Armstrong graduated cum laude from the University of Akron with a B.A. in History before earning his law degree with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1989. He and his wife, Terri, married in 1991 and are proud parents of their daughter, Grace, who is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology in Chicago.

Mike Bibb

Mike Bibb is a lifelong Marylander with a career rooted in public service and community leadership. He began his career as a correctional officer in Prince George's County and dedicated 20 years as a volunteer firefighter. Mike later served in housing and community development roles with Prince George's County and the Maryland Department of Housing, where he worked as an energy inspector helping improve homes for low-income families. Since retiring in 2023, he has remained active in the workforce and deeply engaged in civic life.

Marvin Foster's story is rooted in perseverance, community, and service. After moving to Talbot County from Belle Glade, Florida in 1995 as a teenager searching for direction, Marvin found more than just a place to live — he found a community that helped shape his future. The mentors, opportunities, and relationships he built throughout Talbot County helped guide him into the man, father, mentor, and leader he is today.

Brian Naranjo brings decades of leadership, public service, and real-world problem-solving experience to his campaign for Talbot County Council. A retired senior U.S. Foreign Service officer, Naranjo spent 32 years serving the nation in more than 50 countries, including senior diplomatic postings in Mexico, Canada, and Venezuela, where he managed large, complex organizations and helped navigate major international challenges.
